Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order.

Returns

Refund requests must be sent within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong.
Shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. You do not need to send it back. We will replace it for free or refund you.

Refunds

We answer refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and check the return. Your bank may need a little extra time to show it.

Cancellations

You can ask to cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase, as long as it has not been processed or shipped yet.
